Somerville, TN

Planning, design and construction administration for $2.5 million, 1,500 L.F. runway extension, parallel taxiway and overlay of existing runway for the Somerville-Fayette County Airport in Somerville, Tennessee.  Under the direction of Mr. Pat Harcourt, the A2H team worked extensively with Fayette County Government, FAA and Tennessee Department of Aeronautics to meet the express criteria relative to funding, planning & development and construction of this project.  The project was constructed on time and within budget.  Included was the upgrade of airfield reference code (ARC) from B-II to C-II and coordination with TDOT - Aeronautics Division and FAA.
