Hardeman County, TN

Victory Ranch is 2,500 acre Christian -based recreational property located in rural Hardeman County, Tennessee.  A2H provided planning, surveying, engineering investigation and design, utility design, grading and drainage design for this multi-phased project. 

The client's primary focus - a recreational retreat to serve youth and corporate entities as well. One of the first elements envisioned was an equestrian area. A2H provided the planning and layout of the barns, sheds, riding arenas and roadways for this phase.

 The project continued with A2H working with the client to develop a master plan for the entire property  to serve as a guide for the overall development and phasing of Victory Ranch and also serve as a strong marketing tool for the entire Victory Ranch team.

A2H also provided land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture for the development and construction of the cabin area, main lodge area and dining hall area.
