A2H provided structural and mechanical engineering and plumbing construction documents for the construction of a two story, steel framed, 50,000+/- sq. ft. medical office building including tenant improvements for 75% of the rentable area for the Sutherland Clinic to be designed in the same time frame as the shell of the building.  The remaining 25% of the rentable area will be designed on an hourly basis or as mutually agreed, if needed. 

The estimated total construction cost $4,500,000.
