Boyle Investment Company of Memphis, Tennessee selected A2H to provided site planning services including obtaining Town of Collierville's approval for this "big box" development for 400,000 SF of retail stores and restaurants. The firm provided civil engineering construction documents for the development of Centra's anchor tenants:  Kroger, Steinmart and Walgreens.  Tasks included grading and drainage plan, utility plan (sewer and water), erosion control plan, site plan (proportioning plan), final plan, construction layout plan, construction administration.
