Structural, mechanical and electrical systems design for single story, 32,500 SF (+/-) community center located in Burt Ferguson Park at 8505 Trinity Road. The $4.8 million dollar facility opened in May of this year and includes a full size gymnasium, a one mile walking track, two racquetball courts, a dance and exercise studio, fitness room, art studio, game room two multi-purpose rooms and a conference room, plus a banquet area with an adjacent outside  patio.

Mechanical, plumbing, electrical & structural engineering design for single story, $4.2 million 32,500 SF (+/-) community center. The facility features a 200 seat banquet room and stage, an art studio, a game room, several multi-purpose classrooms and a mirrored dance studio with hardwood floors. Two racquet ball courts, four tennis courts, a gymnasium, workout and locker rooms and two baseball diamonds are also being constructed. The HVAC system uses chilled water and hot water for cooling and heating with variable volume and a free cooling cycle.
