Our Civil Engineers have extensive knowledge of regulatory agency procedures and requirements, as well as broad experience in infrastructure design to guide your project through the regulatory process to success. A2H has the experience to balance the requirements of the client and governmental agencies with site limitations. Our Civil Engineering staff provides the experience to develop solutions for the project and to enhance the quality of life for both our clients and community.

A2H civil engineering staff perform site analysis and due diligence studies to assure developers and investors that a site meets their requirements prior to investment. Our civil engineers prepare preliminary engineering reports and master plans in working with local agencies, developers, and investors to create residential and commercial developments that meet the needs of the community. Further, A2H can partner with the State of Tennessee to seek funding for city and county development. Our civil engineers prepare permit applications for agencies such as the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation, for landfills, sewage collection and treatment, and water treatment and distribution systems. We work closely with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) to design safe roadways and bridges that meet TDOT requirements.
