Construction is well underway for this ground up new 25,000 SF Medical Office Building in front of Methodist Olive Branch Hospital.

Once complete, the building will hold a wide variety of providers to enhance the offerings conveniently adjacent to the hospital. This multi-tenant building is planned to include a Gastroenterology Clinic, Cardiologist, OB/GYN Clinic, and Rehabilitation Clinic.

The architectural design is intended to being compatible with the hospital through the use of brick patterns, window size and placement, and canopies.
