A2H is pleased to celebrate Sam Jordan, Ph.D., PE, QHP-IT, on graduating from the Leadership PE Class of 2026 with ACEC Tennessee.

Leadership PE is a competency-based program for senior, mid-level, and emerging leaders in Tennessee's engineering industry. Participants develop practical leadership skills, build relationships with peers from member firms and public agencies, and gain a broader view of the issues influencing the profession.

The 2026 class met across Tennessee from January through May, with sessions in Nashville, Knoxville, Memphis, and Chattanooga before returning to Nashville for graduation. The program addresses areas such as self-development, listening, presentation skills, conflict management, delegation, and building effective teams. It also gives participants opportunities to learn from sites of engineering significance across the state.

Completing the program reflects Sam's commitment to professional growth, service, and leadership. Those qualities are part of the perspective he brings to A2H's clients, communities, and team every day.

Sam also joins a growing group of A2H professionals who have completed Leadership PE. Their participation reflects the firm's continued investment in developing people who can guide teams, strengthen client relationships, and contribute thoughtfully to the future of the engineering profession.

Congratulations to Sam and the full Leadership PE Class of 2026. A2H also thanks ACEC Tennessee for continuing to create meaningful development opportunities for engineering leaders across the state.
