Here’s a little construction progress update to start your week. The Memphis Cycle Shop building is making real progress. This historic building is being brought back to life as just the latest of many revitalization projects in the Edge District. We’re excited to be working with Chestnut Funds, Development Services Group, and Montgomery Martin Contractors on this challenging renovation project.
