Stewart serves as A2H’s Education Market Leader, where he manages the firm’s education planning and design practice. In his 30+ years of planning and design experience, he has led a wealth of projects. He offers a diverse portfolio of unique projects within the K-12 and higher education sector. Stewart’s leadership has assisted multiple school districts in using architectural design as a catalyst for instructional shifts in curriculum. Recent education-related projects are characterized by an emphasis on mobilized instruction, state-of-art technology, hands-on and interactive learning, and sustainable design. Stewart is also skilled in designing FEMA Safe Spaces for education facilities.
