Bethel University partnered with A2H to design and deliver two new residence halls—University Hall and Heritage Hall—during a period of rapid enrollment growth. Together, the dormitories provide over 125,000 square feet of modern, student-focused housing designed to meet both immediate and long-term campus needs.

University Hall, a two-story, 50,000-square-foot facility, houses 256 students in four-bedroom suites featuring private bathrooms. Conveniently located near the recreation center, the project prioritized connectivity and was completed on a demanding five-month design and construction schedule.

Heritage Hall, a three-story, 75,000-square-foot dormitory adjacent to the student center, accommodates 384 students. Its phased design included a Central Lobby and East Wing, with intentional planning for a future West Wing expansion. Hardscape and greenscape site designs further enhance the campus environment.
