Heifei Risever Machine Co., Ltd. located its first US manufacturing facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Risever produces parts and assemblies for many U.S. based manufacturers of earth moving equipment.
A2H was part of the site investigation team which evaluated various proposed locations for the facility.

The desired site amenities included utility availability, transportation access, and expansion capacity on-site. The project included multiple site and facility concepts. A2H worked with the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce to select appropriate locations for the project in the Jonesboro Industrial Park.

A2H worked with Risever in design of fabrication equipment utility and infrastructure support including welding, painting, assembly and quality control operations. A2H coordinated with authorities having jurisdiction for water and discharge permitting, specialty fire protection systems, and industrial park covenants. A2H coordinated building structural design with production bridge and jib crane systems.

The project included manufacturing space, offices, production planning, and employee amenities.
Part of the site and building design also included planning for 300,000 SF of future expansions to the facility to allow the company to grow its operations without the need for an additional site.
