The Power Center provides a diverse mix of uses within the site master plan. The largest use of the center is the PCA Academy, a charter high school/middle school. Residential opportunities including loft homes are found over much of the mixed use market and portions of the Hope and Healing facility. Live-work townhomes are planned to parallel the main drive and provide a transition area between the mixed use center and the residential core. The residential neighborhood is planned to include, condos, townhomes, stacked townhomes, and apartments. The neighborhood will also have a large village green for the residents to enjoy social interaction and play.
