A2H partnered with Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare to program and design a new 27,000 SF two-story medical office building in Olive Branch, Mississippi on the Methodist Olive Branch Hospital campus.

This new medical office building has space for a wide variety of providers to enhance the offerings at the adjacent hospital. Suites include Obstetrics, Rehabilitation, Gastroenterology, and Cardiology. Additional tenant space still remains for future providers.

The architectural design draws elements from the hospital campus and complements the design through the use of brick patterns, window size and placement, and canopies. A2H also worked with the client to present multiple design options at different cost points to help the client balance the aesthetic desires with the project’s budget constraints. This ultimately led to a design that was both complementary of the adjacent hospital and cost effective.
