A2H is currently nearing the completion of designing a complete conversion and modernization of the former Baptist Rehab Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee into a state-of-the-art medical office building. The primary tenant of this refurbished facility will be an orthopeadic practice that includes: 26,000 SF of clinic and rehab space, a 23,000 SF outpatient surgery center and pain management clinic, a 6,000 SF pediatric orthopaedic clinic, and a 7,000 SF Occupational Therapy and Adult Rehab area.

In addition to the main tenant space, the facility will also feature rough 15,000 SF of additional space for multiple other non-orthopaedic outpatient services. Due to the new occupancy, A2H is also leading the government approvals process and the design and approval of a new parking deck to increase capacity on the site. As part of the overall modernization, A2H is also designing exterior entry improvements to the entire facility. A2H is providing architectural, interior design, and site planning/design services for the project.
