A2H partnered with Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare to design and program a 12,000 SF medical office building in Southaven, Mississippi. The facility, a single-story outpatient clinic and office building, includes 28 exam rooms, a laboratory, and x-ray room, associated office, and waiting and break areas. Additionally, the facility is part of a PUD (Planned Unit Development) and as such, the facade was intentionally designed to compliment the surrounding context.

Included in the scope of work was site preparation, site utilities, parking for 85 vehicles, landscaping, site lighting, signage, a one story structure structural steel-frame building with brick veneer and a single-ply membrane roof. The interior of the building will be approximately 50% built-out, with 6,000 SF of medical office space and the remainder of the structure shelled for future Methodist LeBonheur tenants. This project, per the client’s needs, was designed on an expedited schedule.
