Southern Hunt Club partnered with A2H as project architect when they decided to retrofit a vacant historic building in Midtown Memphis as their new corporate headquarters. The team transformed the 44,000 SF building — located in the heart of Central Gardens — into a sleek, modern office building with connected manufacturing and distribution space.

The building, a unique element in an otherwise primarily residential area, utilizes the manufacturing component of the facility as an authentic design element. Hardwood floors, exposed brick, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcase the industrial nature while creating a welcoming, informative environment for clients and employees.

A dense, efficient area for manufacturing now comprises less than ten percent of the total square footage, but is on chief display. Additionally, the ground floor houses an area for company meetings and event rentals and a large, open space for product display, multi-use, and entertainment.
