A2H served as the prime consultant on a design-build team led by Flintco for Automann’s Southeastern Headquarters and Distribution Center, located in the Silver Comet Industrial Park in Paulding County, Georgia. The 367,000-square-foot facility serves as Automann’s primary hub for product distribution, assembly, and office operations in the region.
To meet Automann’s needs for efficiency and flexibility, A2H provided full-service design solutions, including architecture, structural engineering, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M/E/P) engineering. The facility features:
• Main Distribution Center: A vast, open warehouse designed for streamlined product storage and distribution.
• Product Assembly Area: A flexible space supporting key operations to assemble and process parts.
• Support Office Space: Integrated office areas that provide a modern, functional workspace for administrative operations.
The project, completed in collaboration with a local civil consultant, reflects A2H’s expertise in industrial design and commitment to delivering facilities that align with operational goals while supporting future growth.
Automann’s investment in this state-of-the-art facility is a significant milestone for Paulding County, bringing 150 new jobs to the area and strengthening the local economy.
