In order to meet the increasing production of a near by facility, Kellogg’s decided to expand its distribution capabilities in the Jackson area.

A2H assisted the developer to provide site planning, civil engineering design, and landscape
architectural design this new 1 million-square-foot facility, located in the Airport Industrial Park of Jackson.

Sitting on a 134-acre site, the facility has a driveway access road from Smith Lane. A2H worked with Madison County, conducting a traffic study on Smith Lane, which borders the east side of the site. The project team prepared a driveway permit application to submit to TDOT and identified all utilities to be relocated.

This project was the largest new construction project ever undertaken in Madison County, Tennessee.
