When this confidential technology company decided to locate its first North American operations center in the Memphis Metro area, A2H was selected to lead the design team for the project.

The project includes 60,000 SF of office space, expected to house up 350 new employees, and a parking lot for 300 cars and room for future expansions. The building includes a wealth of open office spaces, a conditioned warehouse/storage area, an executive conference room, smaller “breakout” spaces for collaboration, mothers’ rooms, a meditation room, a cafeteria and a small café with limited seating. The building design includes a modern, sleek shell; strategically placed skylights and glass features bring natural light into the space, while also working well within the project budget and protecting the client’s privacy standards for the space. A2H provided full service architectural and engineering services for the project in collaboration with the client’s Interior Designer.
