A2H partnered with Jim Keras to plan and design a new ground-up car dealership for the company’s expanded Subaru market. A2H worked with the client to navigate approvals surrounding the project,
including applicable PD planning with the Memphis & Shelby County Division of Planning and Development.

As the dealership is the first phase of the planned development, A2H also collaborated with the City of Memphis Engineer’s Office to plan, design, and construct related utilities, design water retention features throughout the site, and apply with FEMA to classify the site to be out of the flood plain.
